River Lake Homes is not a lender and therefore we do not determine loan approvals, terms or conditions, nor do we earn fees, percentages or in any way benefit financially from a customer’s choice of financing. Furthermore, recent government regulations regarding home loans prohibit anyone from influencing a consumer to select a particular lender. Only licensed lenders and/or licensed loan originators are allowed to discuss finance terms, interest rates or loan conditions with the home buyer.
